Established over six years ago,The Business Club meets every other Wednesday at Moor Park Golf Club (www.moorparkgc.co.uk) from 6.45am – 8.30am for breakfast, the chance to network, the opportunity to introduce and refer business opportunities and to grow your own business and connections.
2010 saw the Club members provide over 250 referrals and introductions, which lead to
a significant amount of new business being conducted.
New members are invited to join from all business sectors, with the proviso that there are no
significant overlaps with existing members. Members should be prepared to present their services to the Club and illustrate an ideal business introduction. In turn they are expected to understand the other members’ businesses and be prepared to offer referrals and leads accordingly. This spirit of mutual business development is the cornerstone of the Club’s success.
Unlike many networking groups, we charge just a nominal £25 annual fee plus £10 breakfast.
The format starts with fresh tea or coffee, a 60 second business summary from each attendee, a full English breakfast (or more healthy option!), a ten minute spotlight providing a greater insight into a member’s business, plus the most important agenda item – the leads, referrals, one to ones and testimonials!
